Design / Build renovation of a 1,840  square foot two- story rental home in Southfield's City Centre District. This full house renovation included  4 bedrooms, fresh paint and flooring throughout , an updated kitchen and 2 bathrooms. This big house required a small budget so some resourceful finishes and repurposed materials helped make this rental a quick turn-key.
